The Day Stress Almost Killed Me

Two important lessons from what I created in 1999:

1. Stress can be deadly.

I was stressed because I was late which led me to drive carelessly, which led my (parents’) car to flip over twice before landing like this.

If stress doesn’t crash your car it will crash your body over time. Every cell listens to every thought that you give life to.

But stress is not a given, and understanding the mind and the REAL source of stress can almost eliminate it.

2. I’m grateful to be (alive)

Unfortunately, I forget this too often. It takes Christmas and a cleanup to find old pictures to remind me that I could be dead.

We all could be dead, and we don’t even know it. One misstep that you avoided, leaving the house one minute earlier, could have killed you. You wont even find out. There is always reason to be grateful.

Have a great, grateful and stress free start into 2025!
